Formerly known as the 'Clarence Suppas', 'Mooey and the Choo Choos' were forced into a name change in early 2007, as a result of the new owners of their previous home pub, The Royal Clarence, Burnham-on-Sea, removing the skittle alley at the end of the winter season.

Not to be downhearted, mighty Mooey secured a new permanent home for the start of the Blackthorn British Skittles Championships in July and the 2007/2008 season, the Somerset and Dorset Inn, Burnham-on-Sea.  Now you can see where the Choo Choo part of the new team name comes from....

The team is made up mostly of a group of lifelong friends, with a few interlopers and a pensioner thrown in for good measure.  What more can you ask for.....?!?

The Choo Choos are currently seeking new kit for the 2007/2008 season - if anyone happens to know where we can get hold of cow print polo shirts, then please let us know!!
